🕌 About the Conference
The 4th FICOSIS (FUAD’s International Conference on Islamic Studies) is an annual international academic forum organized by the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab and Dakwah (FUAD), Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Ponorogo, in collaboration with Persatuan Kaunselor Pendidikan Malaysia (PEKA) and UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung.
This year’s conference carries the theme:
“The Role of Islamic Studies in Strengthening Family Resilience in the Digital Era.”
The digital revolution has transformed the dynamics of family life, communication, and education. In this era, Islamic Studies plays a pivotal role in guiding families to maintain faith, emotional well-being, and moral integrity. Through this conference, we aim to bring together scholars, researchers, educators, and practitioners to share research findings, discuss theoretical perspectives, and explore practical applications that strengthen Muslim families and communities.

To provide an academic platform for scholars and practitioners to share research on Islamic family resilience.
To explore the role of the Qur’an, Sunnah, and Islamic guidance in promoting emotional, spiritual, and social balance in the digital age.
To strengthen collaboration between international institutions and Islamic higher education.
To promote integration between Islamic thought, counseling, communication, and cultural values for sustainable family well-being.

The 4th FICOSIS 2025 will be conducted via Zoom Meeting to allow broader participation from scholars and professionals worldwide. All accepted papers will be presented online during the live session. Participants will receive an e-certificate and conference proceeding access.
